TITAN WEALTH

VIDEO PRODUCTION & CONTENT CREATION

From one brand hero film to ongoing video production work with one of the UK's wealth management groups

In 2024, Titan Wealth approached Treefrog to create a new brand hero video for Titan Institutional Services, communicating its expertise across settlement, execution and custody services while presenting the people, professionalism and forward-thinking approach behind the business.

What started as a single corporate video production soon developed into something much bigger.

Following the initial project, Treefrog continued working with Titan Wealth as a trusted video production partner, regularly travelling to London to produce content for different areas of the organisation and different stages of the customer and employee journey.

That has included the ongoing The Long View quarterly market outlook series, alongside brand content, internal communications, recruitment videos and content created for Titan's clients and partners.

The relationship is a strong example of how we approach financial services video production at Treefrog: understanding the subject, working closely with the people who know it best and creating professional content that can make complex financial topics clear, credible and engaging.

ABOUT TITAN WEALTH

Titan Wealth is a wealth and asset management group providing a range of services to clients, advisers and businesses across the financial services sector.

Our relationship initially began with Titan Institutional Services, where we were commissioned to produce a flagship brand film showcasing the organisation's expertise and approach.

Since that first production, our work has expanded across the wider Titan Wealth group, with our team producing video for a variety of internal and external audiences.

That continued relationship has given us an increasingly detailed understanding of Titan's brand, people and communications requirements, allowing each new production to build upon the work that came before it.

And if you’re interested in finding out how other finance companies are using video in 2026, our latest blog reveals all.

THE ORIGINAL BRIEF

Our first brief from Titan was to create a professional brand hero video for Titan Institutional Services.

The film needed to communicate the organisation's capabilities across settlement, execution and custody services while also presenting its wider vision, expertise and approach.

But financial services businesses aren't defined by office buildings and service lists alone.

The people behind the organisation needed to play an important role in the film.

We therefore worked with Titan to develop a production that combined interviews and pieces to camera with cinematic footage of the team and their working environment at the company's Wigmore Street headquarters in London.

The aim was to create something polished and professional without losing the human element behind the business.

And that meant doing a considerable amount of work before we arrived with the cameras.

OUR APPROACH

From the beginning, we worked collaboratively with Titan to determine what the film needed to communicate, who should appear on camera and how the different contributors could help tell the story.

Some members of the team were comfortable delivering prepared messaging directly to camera. Others were much more naturally suited to an interview format.

Rather than forcing everybody into the same presentation style, we planned around the individual.

Where precise wording was important, we could use scripts and a teleprompter to help contributors deliver key messages accurately and consistently.

Where personality, expertise or opinion mattered more, we developed interview questions designed to generate natural responses in the contributor's own words.

This balance became an important part of the production.

The finished film needed the control and accuracy expected from professional financial services video content, while still feeling like it came from real people rather than a corporate script.

PRE-PRODUCTION & PLANNING

Every Titan production begins with understanding what the video needs to achieve, who it needs to speak to, and who from their team is best placed to deliver the message.

For the original brand hero film, we worked closely with Titan ahead of the shoot to develop the creative direction, scripts, interview questions and overall structure of the video. We also planned the filming schedule around their team at the Wigmore Street headquarters, identifying the contributors we wanted to feature and the supporting office footage we needed to capture.

An important part of that process was deciding how each person would appear on camera.

Some contributors were naturally comfortable answering questions conversationally, so we developed interview questions that would allow us to draw out genuine responses in their own words. Where specific wording or more detailed financial messaging needed to be communicated accurately, we prepared scripts and used a teleprompter to support delivery directly to camera.

We then planned the practical production requirements around this, including filming locations, interview setups, lighting, professional audio, camera equipment, teleprompter requirements and a B-roll shot list covering Titan's people and working environment.

That planning has become increasingly efficient as our relationship has developed. Having worked with Titan across multiple productions, we already understand much more about their brand, people, locations and preferred ways of working, meaning each new project can start from an established foundation rather than beginning from scratch.

FILMING

Our first production with Titan took place over several days at their headquarters on Wigmore Street in central London, where we captured a combination of interviews, scripted pieces to camera, and cinematic B-roll of the team and working environment.

Since then, we've regularly returned to London to produce further content for the group.

The exact setup changes depending on what we're creating. A brand film requires a different approach from a quarterly market outlook, while internal communications, recruitment content and client-facing videos each have their own audience and purpose.

What remains consistent is how we work with the people in front of the camera.

Most of the people we film aren't professional presenters – they're financial professionals who have a job to do once the cameras disappear. Our role is to make the production process straightforward and help them communicate their expertise confidently.

For interview-led content, that means creating a relaxed environment and asking questions that encourage natural responses. For more structured pieces to camera, we can use a teleprompter to help contributors deliver detailed messaging accurately while maintaining direct eye contact with the audience.

Alongside the main contributor footage, we capture supporting B-roll wherever appropriate, giving our editors the visual material needed to add pace and variety to the finished videos.

POST PRODUCTION AND EDITING

Once filming is complete, footage is organised, backed up and reviewed before our editors begin building the finished video in Adobe Premiere Pro.

For interview-led productions, we work through the conversations to identify the strongest responses and construct a clear narrative before introducing supporting B-roll, graphics and other visual elements.

For more structured pieces such as The Long View, consistency becomes particularly important. Each edition needs to feel recognisably part of the same series while allowing the subject matter and contributors to change from quarter to quarter.

Across the different productions, our post-production process can include professional editing, audio clean-up and mixing, colour correction and grading, licensed music, titles, name straps, motion graphics and other branded elements where required.

Drafts are then shared with Titan for review, allowing their team to provide feedback before we work through the agreed amendments and prepare the final versions for delivery.

Because we've now completed multiple projects together, this process has also become increasingly established. Both teams understand how the production and review stages work, helping us move efficiently from filming through to approved content.

FROM A ‘ONE OFF JOB’, TO REGULAR VIDEO WORK

Our relationship with Titan didn't end when we delivered the original brand film.

Following that first project, we were invited back to produce further content and have since continued working with Titan Wealth across a growing range of internal and external video requirements.

That has included brand and corporate content, videos for clients and professional partners, recruitment and internal communications, alongside the ongoing production of The Long View, Titan's quarterly market outlook series.

Working together repeatedly has changed the nature of the relationship.

Rather than approaching every video as an isolated production, we've been able to develop a much deeper understanding of Titan's brand, audiences, people and communications requirements. We know the environments we're filming in, understand how their team likes to work and can apply what we've learned from previous productions to the next brief.

For Titan, that means having a video team they can return to when a new requirement arises, whether that's a major external brand piece or a more focused piece of content for a specific audience.

For us, it's exactly the kind of client relationship we value: becoming an extension of the team rather than simply turning up for one shoot.

THE LONG VIEW FILMING

One of the recurring projects to develop from our relationship is The Long View, Titan's quarterly market outlook video series.

Each edition gives Titan's specialists an opportunity to discuss developments across financial markets, share their perspectives and communicate directly with clients and audiences through professional video content.

Our team regularly travels to London to film the series, working with Titan to capture the contributors and material required for each new edition before handling the complete post-production process.

Because the content is recurring, we've been able to establish a consistent production style that makes each edition recognisably part of The Long View, while allowing the conversations and subject matter to evolve alongside the markets.

It's also a good example of how financial services businesses can turn the expertise that already exists within their teams into useful content.

Titan's specialists already have the knowledge and opinions. Our job is to provide the production framework around them – helping plan the content, creating the right environment for filming and turning those conversations into polished videos that can be shared with their audience.

VIDEOS FOR DIFFERENT AUDIENCES

What started with a single brand hero film has developed into a much broader library of professional video content supporting different areas of Titan Wealth.

Alongside The Long View and other public-facing content, we've worked with Titan to produce videos for employees, recruits, clients and professional partners, each requiring a slightly different approach.

A recruitment video speaking to someone considering joining the business needs to communicate something very different from a quarterly market outlook aimed at clients. Internal communications have different requirements again, while brand and corporate content needs to represent the wider organisation and its expertise.

Working together on an ongoing basis means we can adapt the format, tone and production style around the audience without having to rediscover Titan's brand every time a new brief comes through.

The result is not one corporate video trying to do everything, but a growing library of financial services video content with different assets created for different purposes.

Some content helps Titan demonstrate the knowledge and expertise within its team. Some supports regular communication with clients and partners. Other videos help communicate internally or introduce the organisation to prospective employees.

It also gives Titan the flexibility to use video as an ongoing communications tool rather than reserving it for major campaigns. When there's a new market outlook to discuss, an internal message to communicate or another story worth telling, there is already an established production relationship and workflow in place to create it.

For Treefrog, the continued relationship is also one of the strongest outcomes of that original project.

Titan initially approached us in 2024 to produce one brand video. We've been filming with them ever since.

That continued trust has allowed us to become familiar with their people, working environments and communications requirements, making each new production more efficient while maintaining a consistent standard across the content we create.

For us, that's the value of becoming an ongoing video production partner: not simply delivering the next video, but building a body of content that becomes more useful with every production.
