The Benjamin Foundation - Norfolk Launch Event 2023
THE BRIEF
The Benjamin Foundation approached Treefrog to support the launch of their flagship fundraising campaign—Norwich Sleep Out 2023—held at the iconic Norwich Cathedral. As their biggest awareness and fundraising event of the year, they needed video content that would help drive engagement, highlight community involvement, and encourage participation from local businesses and supporters.
OUR APPROACH
From the outset, we collaborated closely with the Benjamin Foundation’s internal team to shape a clear visual strategy. Together, we outlined key moments to capture throughout the event—from impactful stakeholder interviews to atmospheric B-roll of the setting and attendees.
We helped guide the structure of the video through pre-planned interview questions, suggested angles, and storytelling approaches designed to give the campaign emotional weight while keeping the focus on its vital mission: ending youth homelessness.
THE PRODUCTION
Our crew captured interviews, cutaways, and ambient shots across the event, working with a light footprint to stay true to the reflective tone of the evening. We managed all aspects of production—including filming, editing, and audio post—delivering the final video in multiple formats suitable for use across web, email campaigns, and social media.
THE OUTCOME
The final launch video helped raise awareness of Norwich Sleep Out and played a key role in generating visibility and momentum for the campaign. With meaningful soundbites and powerful visuals, the Benjamin Foundation was able to connect with supporters and spread their message more effectively across the region.
