Our first port of call is to look at what you’ve already done, how it’s performed and what can be done better.

Our next steps are to carry out what we call social ‘content and competitor' research’.
Essentially using various tools and methods we find out what content works well in your industry, what your audience want to see more of and what your competitors are doing.
This is how we start creating data-driven approaches straight off the bat.

Ok this is the big one, and it’s what you probably think of when looking for social media management.
We see content as being split into four major categories.
Written Content - Which can be LinkedIn posts, Instagram and TikTok captions etc.
Graphic Design - This is the imagery that is custom made for a specific post. We typically use Canva or Adobe Express for this stage.
Photography - Naturally photographs typically work best for B2C social campaigns like on Instagram and Facebook, however, they can also be used effectively across B2B platforms like LinkedIn.
Videography - The ‘trendy’ one. Video is the most engaging form of content for today’s audience and typically gets the best engagement and results across all platforms.
Combining written content with at least one of the other forms, we create social posts designed to not only reach a wider audience, but also persuade them to take a desired action.

This stage depends on how much involvement and control you’d like to have over your social media campaigns.
We typically either bulk send posts for review to you or go straight into scheduling them on Buffer where you can either leave them to us or approve as and when.

Once posts have started to go live, it’s imperative that we monitor how well they’re performing across multiple KPI’s.
We look at Impressions, Engagement, Clicks, CTR’s etc, to compare and gain insights into what type of social posts are working best.
We also continuously manage messages, replies, enquiries and comments to keep on top of all aspects of social campaigns.

Using all of our acquired data, opinions and insights we create monthly reports that delve into all aspects of your social campaign.

Many of our clients are B2B so we have a lot of experience with crafting effective LinkedIn campaigns, however, we also work across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (Meta) and X (Twitter).

How often we post and when depends entirely on your requirements, goals and budgets.
We can work with you to decide on the ideal amount of posts a week, when to post them and to what platforms.

The metrics that we are most interested in will usually be one of Impressions, Engagement or Click-Through-Rate.
Which of these is most important, depends on the goals of the campaign.
For example, if we’re looking to grow website visitors through socials then CTR may be the most important, however if we’re looking to build brand awareness then it may be impressions that takes centre stage. -
Typically we send out social reports at the end of every month, in addition to a yearly report in December.
However, we are also flexible enough to send reports more or less often depending on your needs.
