NAAME: Lotus Lean Manufacturing Event
THE BRIEF
NAAME invited Treefrog to document their Lotus Lean Manufacturing event held at the Lotus Training Centre in Norwich. The goal was to capture how lean principles and methodologies are being embraced locally to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
OUR APPROACH
We focused on illustrating the core lean concepts, including the TIMWOODS waste types (Transport, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Overprocessing, Defects, and Skills), and how they are applied practically during the event. The video aimed to educate and inspire manufacturers about the power of lean thinking to drive continuous improvement.
THE PRODUCTION
Filming involved capturing hands-on workshops, participant interactions, and expert talks in the dynamic training environment. Our team worked closely with NAAME and Lotus facilitators to highlight real-world examples of lean tools in action, from value stream mapping to kaizen events.
THE OUTCOME
The final video serves as both an educational resource and promotional tool, demonstrating how lean manufacturing principles help businesses optimise processes, eliminate waste, and boost productivity. It supports NAAME’s mission to strengthen local manufacturing through effective training and innovation.
