THE BRIEF

Philips Professional Displays (PPDS) partnered with Treefrog to produce a powerful and engaging case study video that showcases the real-world impact of their Philips MediaSuite solution at the prestigious Grove Hotel in London.

The primary aim of the video was to bring to life how PPDS’s cutting-edge technology elevates the modern hospitality experience. By focusing on the Grove Hotel—a luxury destination known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence—the case study offers a compelling look at how MediaSuite displays not only meet, but exceed, the expectations of today’s tech-savvy guests.

OUR APPROACH

Collaborating closely with PPDS, we focused on showcasing the MediaSuite’s advanced features—crystal-clear picture quality, extensive entertainment options, and intuitive user experience. We aimed to visually communicate how these smart TVs seamlessly integrated into the hotel’s environment and elevated the guest stay.

Arriving early, we scouted out the best locations for setting up interviews, discovered great B-Roll opportunities, and chatted through our plans and ideas with both the PPDS team and the Grove Hotel representative, to ensure both sides were on board with what we wanted to get out of the day.

THE PRODUCTION

Filming took place inside the Grove Hotel, where we captured both the sleek design of the 43” and 55” MediaSuite TVs and authentic reactions from the hotel staff. We highlighted standout features such as Chromecast built-in, streaming apps, and access to the Google Play Store, presenting the technology in action within a real hospitality setting.

Through interviews, real-life hotel scenarios, and cinematic visuals, the video demonstrates how PPDS technology seamlessly integrates into the hotel’s digital ecosystem, enhancing guest satisfaction, streamlining operations, and aligning perfectly with the Grove’s forward-thinking vision for hospitality.

THE OUTCOME

The final video serves as a versatile marketing tool for PPDS, effectively illustrating the value their MediaSuite brings to the hospitality industry. It’s now used to engage potential clients by demonstrating a practical, high-quality solution that meets modern hotel guest expectations.
