Party on the Park 2026 - Event Video
THE BRIEF
Party on the Park 2026 brought a huge day of dance music and nostalgia to Dereham Town Football Club, featuring headline performances from Dave Pearce, Kevin & Perry Official, and Ruddaz & Friends.
With hundreds of people attending throughout the day, the organisers wanted professional video content that captured the atmosphere, energy, and personality of the event from start to finish.
Unlike many of the projects we work on at Treefrog, this wasn't a B2B case study or corporate production.
Instead, the focus was entirely on documenting a live event and creating content that would help Party on the Park celebrate the success of the day, engage audiences on social media, and build excitement for future events.
Alongside producing a flagship post-event highlights video, the organisers also wanted a range of attendee and artist interviews that could be used across their social channels to extend the lifespan of the event and keep the conversation going long after the final track had played.
OUR APPROACH
When it comes to event video production, authenticity is everything. The goal wasn't to create something overly polished or staged, but to capture the genuine experience of being there.
From the moment gates opened at midday through to the final performances later that evening, our focus was on documenting the atmosphere as it naturally unfolded.
Our video team worked across the site throughout the day, capturing a mixture of crowd reactions, performances, behind-the-scenes moments, venue shots, and all the little details that help tell the story of an event.
We wanted viewers to feel like they were part of the crowd, whether they attended on the day or were discovering Party on the Park for the first time online.
Alongside the live event coverage, we spent time speaking directly with attendees, artists, and performers.
These interviews added personality and authenticity to the content, helping showcase not just what the event looked like, but what it felt like to be there.
THE PRODUCTION
Filming took place across Dereham Town Football Club, with our team covering the event from midday right through until the evening finale.
Live events move quickly, so flexibility was key. The schedule constantly evolved throughout the day, with different performances, crowd moments, and interview opportunities appearing as the event unfolded.
We used a combination of dynamic handheld filming, crowd coverage, stage footage, and atmospheric shots to capture the scale and excitement of the festival.
Particular attention was given to the headline performances from Dave Pearce, Kevin & Perry Official, and Ruddaz & Friends, ensuring the energy from the stage translated into the final edit.
Away from the performances, we also gathered a wide range of interviews with attendees and artists. These provided valuable content for social media, giving the organisers plenty of additional material to share in the weeks following the event.
By combining high-energy event footage with genuine reactions and personal stories, we were able to create a well-rounded collection of content that reflected the spirit of the day.
Following the event, all footage was carefully reviewed, edited, and structured into a fast-paced highlights video designed to capture the excitement, atmosphere, and sense of community that made Party on the Park such a memorable occasion.
THE OUTCOME
The finished content gave Party on the Park a powerful visual record of the event, showcasing the scale of the day, the quality of the performances, and the incredible atmosphere created by everyone involved.
The main highlights video provides a valuable promotional asset that can be used to market future events, attract new attendees, and demonstrate the experience people can expect when they come along.
Meanwhile, the interview content delivered a steady stream of engaging social media material that helped keep audiences connected to the event long after it had finished.
Most importantly, the videos captured the personality of Party on the Park itself. Rather than simply documenting what happened, the content helps communicate the energy, excitement, and sense of fun that makes the event unique.
