Smart Automation - Co-Efficient Video

THE BRIEF

Smart Automation wanted a clear and engaging explainer video to introduce their new platform, CoEfficient, to both developers and senior management. The aim was to showcase how CoEfficient simplifies and streamlines BluePrism code validation before launch.

Naturally, CoEfficient isn’t the easiest thing to explain or for beginners to understand, which is why Smart Automation asked us to help simplify their product without taking the spotlight away from how ingenious and effective it is for code review processes.

OUR APPROACH

To create an accurate and compelling video, we immersed ourselves in understanding CoEfficient’s features through detailed product demos and discussions with the Smart Automation team. This close collaboration allowed us to translate technical aspects into accessible visuals and messaging.

Once we were certain that we understood just what CoEfficient is and how it helps the target audience, we got to work scripting an educational, but interesting video for demos and marketing material.

Occasionally, to help make our video services more accessible and approachable to smaller organisations, we seek to utilise (only the best) stock footage. This enables us to keep production costs low whilst delivering a polished and optimised final video piece, and that’s exactly what we did with Smart Automation in this video explainer.

We also kept every element in-house, including voice-over work, which we recorded in Treefrog HQ and technical demo videos which we screen-recorded on our own devices.

THE PRODUCTION

The final video combines straightforward explanations with dynamic visuals to clearly communicate how CoEfficient works and the benefits it delivers.

The content was designed to engage diverse audiences, from technical users & business leaders who are well-versed in code review and jargon, as well as new prospects who might not be so ‘in the know’.

THE OUTCOME

The explainer video provides Smart Automation with an effective tool to introduce CoEfficient confidently to the market, supporting product launches and marketing efforts with clear, professional storytelling.

Smart Automation also utilised this (and another video which we created) multiple times across their website, which we also helped to design.

We’re also proud that our work on this video, led to a long-term relationship with Smart Automation, which we maintained for 2 years, in which we fully maintained their social media, web page designs, and email campaigns.
