Philips Professional Displays - Redbull Event Day
THE BRIEF
In 2023, Philips Professional Displays (PPDS) joined forces with global energy brand Red Bull to deliver an electrifying event that celebrated the fusion of cutting-edge display technology with high-octane entertainment. The aim? To create a bold, immersive experience that would leave a lasting impression on partners, clients, and tech enthusiasts alike.
The event was designed as a living, breathing showcase, demonstrating how Philips' advanced display solutions can elevate live events, amplify brand messaging, and enhance audience engagement in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Treefrog was commissioned to capture the essence of the day and produce a fast-paced, visually dynamic highlights video to reflect the energy and innovation on display.
OUR APPROACH
We knew this project called for a bold, energetic approach. Working closely with the Philips team, we mapped out the key moments—from crowd interaction and speaker sessions to product showcases and live performances.
Our crew was on-site throughout the day, using fluid, movement-based shots to reflect the energy of the brand and environment. We focused on the interplay between the Red Bull atmosphere and the Philips displays in action—highlighting both product capability and audience reaction.
THE PRODUCTION
Filming took place across several high-traffic zones within the venue, each offering its own dynamic backdrop—from display showcases and interactive demos to energetic crowd scenes and brand activations.
To reflect the event’s live energy and fluid nature, our team deployed gimbals, mobile rigs, and roaming camera setups. This allowed us to remain agile and responsive, capturing spontaneous moments without disrupting the natural flow of the day.
In post-production, we built a high-energy edit that pulsed with rhythm and attitude. Music-driven cuts, seamless transitions, and sharp visual cues created a cinematic experience tailored to the tone of the event. Consistency with Philips' branding was maintained throughout, ensuring a polished final product ready for use across digital channels.
THE OUTCOME
The final highlights video was launched across PPDS’ marketing platforms, internal channels, and partner networks. It served as both a vibrant recap of the event and a powerful sales and brand awareness asset—reinforcing PPDS' position as a leader in innovative display technology.
The video not only captured the attention of attendees and stakeholders but also demonstrated to future partners how immersive AV solutions can elevate brand experiences at live events.
