THE BRIEF

ETA GP initially enquired with Treefrog through our website to find out how we can help them highlight the talented and inspirational female engineers in their team. They wanted to be able to spread awareness of their team and company values for International Women’s Day on Saturday, the 8th March 2025.

Fortunately enough, ETA operate from Hethel Engineering Centre just down the corridor from Treefrog HQ, so we invited them down to our office to discuss how we can utilise our video production services to help them fulfill their marketing expectations.

After a collaborative discussion, we ascertained that the video needed to be short, snappy, and most importantly, to highlight the inspiring stories and achievements of women in engineering and technology, celebrating diversity and inclusion in a traditionally male-dominated field.

OUR APPROACH

We focused on creating an uplifting and authentic portrayal of ETA’s core values and enabled them to highlight members of their wonderfully diverse team of engineers.

The video was designed to amplify the voices of women driving innovation and encourage more inclusivity across STEM industries, as well as to present ETA as an innovative front-runner in the industry, especially when looking at diversity and championing women in STEM.

THE PRODUCTION

Filming took place within the modern Hethel Engineering Centre, capturing vibrant sessions, interactions, and interviews with key team members. Our close proximity allowed for flexible shooting and quick collaboration with the ETA GP team to ensure all crucial moments were documented.

We captured talking heads, B-Roll of the team hard at work on various bits of equipment and machinery, and additional footage of some products.

When the day was done and everyone involved was happy with what we captured, we headed back to the office, collated and prepared all footage, and got to work with the editing and post-production side of things.

THE OUTCOME

The final video not only celebrates the achievements of women at ETA GP and beyond but also acts as an empowering tool to inspire the next generation of engineers.

It’s been used across social media and internal communications to promote diversity initiatives.
